Thanks! Works out well for me. I got a new bedroom set that I get to pickup tomorrow so that gives me today to move my old shit out and get my room setup for tomorrow.

Actually I've done this a few times.

I call saying I'm your uncle/brother/ whatever, and say you haven't been answering your phone and there is a family emergency and that you need to come home ASAP. Sometimes they put me through to the person, other times they just tell them to go home.

Your boss will walk out, say that he got a call from Uncle Colby, and you are free for the day ;) .. Just make up your own story later on what the emergency was.

Lol I will save this for a rainy day ;) My work is strict on working the scheduled days before and after a holiday to get the holiday pay. If it was scheduled off thats fine but if you call in sick/leave early you dont get the holiday pay, so I will be here all day :(

Ah, the beauties of being on salary. Work from home today? Sure, why not. Actually do any work? Nope! Paid holiday tomorrow, regardless? Absolutely.

You say this now. Then your boss says you have to work an additional 20 hours this week, that's when salary sucks.

I'll always stay on hourly. OT is the awesome.

Once my work is done, I am done. My boss never once has told me to work extra hours, stay late, come in early, etc. Actually, my boss is in Buffalo so I only see her 3-4 times a year LOL. Beauty of being an outside rep.

As long as I'm caught up, which is always, I work 8:30-4ish.

OT for me consists of monthly/quarterly bonuses. Extra pay without the extra work.

Yeah? when are you going? I may be down to go see this. I hated the last 3 movies so if its anything like it, just tell me now so I can avoid another disaster of a movie.

How do you change your coolant and brake fluid? I would like to do that to mine.

coolant is simply a valve at the bottom of the radiator, let that drain, then run the truck with a garden hose in the filler and cycle water through. let that drain. then with the drain plug back in, turn truck on, let it idle and keep filling the rez to keep it at full line until it holds steady.

brake, open all the valves on the wheels, pour fresh fluid in, and let drain out, its helpful to have cheap fluid. pump brakes with some more cheap fluid. let it all drain out (gravity bled), and then close valves. fill res and bleed wheels one at a time, starting farthest from master cylinder. pass rear, driver rear, front pass, front driver.
