    Post a pic? I think I'm basically the same size but can't figure out my bf%.

    I'm 5'11" 170lbs and think I'm closer to 12% but my scale could be jacked up? I personally want to stay this size but just get the bf% down!

    For sure, especially being this close to where I want to be it needs to be dialed in!

    I'm focusing more on heavy strength training as that will also have a lot of GH and test producing properties and guys who train like that just look better in general.....compare a sprinter to a maraton runner (I know bad example as there's other factors but you get the idea).

    I get better results from power lifting, but that's mostly because I've been a runner all my life, so my body is pretty used to cardio.

    I saw your last pic in your build page and I think you're a bit leaner than I am right now. So, I'm prob 12%.....started at 18% so I'm happy but I'm within striking distance so I can't complain!

    This is 175, roughly 10% bf and I'm just shy of 6 foot.

    Used to do all body weight. Last month or so I've started going super heavy and lower reps. Weighted crunches, weighted tucks, Weighted flutter kicks, weighted cable crunches/ twists for obliques.

    My cores pretty strong, i never used to spend much time training it because I spent all my time with the power lifts and plyo/speed work when I was still playing ball in high school and college. But I lift fairly heavy all the time.

    I think if I drop 5 more pounds they will be there. I'm at 240 right now.

    That's 218lbs of muscle and you don't have abs???

    I'm 12% or a little more and have a "decent 4 pack" lol! The sides is where the blubber is!

    Most men's abs show around 10-12%. Either you're not 9.5%, or you have no core.

    Nope. Body fat is done on a Dexa. My girlfriend runs a Human Performance Lab.

    And you can see my abs a little, I just have some fat on the lower still and some on the back of my love handles.

    It just pisses me off because I know a lot of guys not as lean as me and they have better looking abs. (no homo).
