Idaho BS thread in the PNW

any of you guys ever gotten a sun burn so bad out of nowhere it just starts to itch and hut so bad it becomes some of the most unbearable pain ever imaginable, and you just HAVE to touch it or rub it or something or it will drive you literally insane? I mean i have been near insanity yelling and swearing and freaking out for probably the last 45 minutes pacing around, laying down rubbing my shoulders, walking around with a cold towell on my back, yelling more and screaming in agony. It took over 2 minutes to type a text cuz i wouldnt write more than 3 letters before i started freaking out again. it has finally subsided enough to where i put my shirt on and i am able to actually focus on something and not touch it or get up and walk around pacing or scratch it. sorry for the rant, just trying to occupy my mind.

thats what set it off. I was about to go out to dinner, and my dad suggested putting some on, as soon as i rubbed it in my upper arms and shoulders (where the burn was) set off instantly like wild fire. I started freaking out in pain and just pacing around. I had to jump in the shower to wash it off, which of course did nothing. I then managed to get some pants on after a minute and a half and proceded to do a mixture of walking around with a cold towel and rubbing my back on the couch. its must have been a mixture of the 3 ibuprofin and my shirt, because it magically subsided enough to where i can sit here and look and use a computer. Because nobody that i know's skin reacts like this (second time it has happened, and its 1-2 days after the burn) the best thing i can compare it to is a severe migraine. It is debilitating and so intense you can't do anything but freak out.


at it's worst it would be an 8-9 on the ER pain chart


right now it is between a 3 and 4

again, only typing all this is because it is occupying me and keeping my mind off it

My feet were killing me day 1! I have never had such a painful/itchy sunburn as my feet have felt! Thanks to my entire back I haven't had a good nights sleep the last 2 night either... I don't have any aloe vera, just been using lotion. I just tried the vinegar thing and it works great just don't apply too much vinegar cuz it will start to cause your skin to burn itself.

I can't figure out why my feet burned in that weird blog shape and not the whole foot

I didn't take a pic of my back, but here is the Candice's back and it looks as bad as mine does. She did hers 3 or 4 days before I did mine.

ouch, hers looks bad. so the vinegar thing worked huh? How did it feel, how long did it last? How much did u use? I was thinking about it but it sounded fishy and didn't want to risk it hurting any more. If it started to burn and hurt any more than it did i probably would have been finding the quickest way to knock my self unconscious.


ben, your little stuck was boring and i was expecting something better from you. stuck on a log if you had matt's truck with the 6" BD lift and the 35s you wouldn't have gotten stuck lol
