You can get Viair kits for the cheapest price at http://www.autoanything.com/ They usually have a coupon for 10-15% off and free shipping. This is the cheapest I've found the kits for. Right now it looks like they're having 10% off and free shipping.

    Bumping an old thread.

I'm in the market for a compressor. See the other thread regarding my friend's inverter/air compressor set up. For that price I could buy a sick Viair or something.

I'm looking at the Superflow MV90. I only have 31" tires (and only plan on having 31" tires) but for the price I might as well get a beefier compressor that will fill my tires quicker. I am at altitude also, so the beefier compressor will be nice.

edit: found out it's a 70A alternator in my truck

Tankless ftw. Don't bother getting a tank unless you're going to get a big tank.

I've got an ARB CMKA12. It fills up my 35's in about 3 minutes each. From 14-30psi. Would do yours a lot quicker! Works great for me.

    That thing looks sick.

It's also over twice the price as the MV90

MV50, best $40 I ever spent. 6 years later and still going strong.

    Test video

Okay, I laughed when I saw the production sign, then literally laughed really hard when the pink flamingo flew by...

But am I missing something here? It looks like the MV90 kicked the MV50's ass in that video. Twice the price ass-kicking? No. But the MV90 clearly outperformed the MV50.

That said, for half the price that MV50 seems like a much more solid choice. As well as your testimony.

For my needs and the price at the time, it was a great choice. I now have the ARB CKMTA12 but I will keep the MV50 around for backup.

I assume it will suffice for inflating my 31x10.5x15s from 18 psi to 35 psi no problem?

I think I might pull the trigger on the MV50. It's $60 plus free shipping. Seems like the best bang for the buck.
