I got the wife a red 2012 camry se couple months ago. Im driving it when I have to go to an account thats over 100miles round trip. Lovin it. The entune is handy and mpg is fantastic. Does your tpms screen show the placement of each tires psi or are they just all 4 pressures in a row? the toyota nation forums say that some of the new camrys in canada have a better tpms display that shows psi for each specific wheel and it placement on car, For example "driver front" Just curios.

Wow $35K? I paid $23K for mine NEW OTD (gave to my son) in Sept 2010. It's the SE, not the V6 version, but it's loaded with everything else... but damn, $35K? Certainly will get better mpg. Good luck.

Yeah, I paid nowhere near that though. Dealer Marked up everything for the showroom model...it was the most expensive one they had on the lot...

    Which is equally stupid.

At $35,000 I'd rather have a entry level Luxury car. Pick your poison, A4, IS, C-class or 3-series.

A Camry is just that, a vanilla commuter car for someone that can't find a hood latch. Hardly worth the premium over its ever more competent rivals any more, let alone $35k.

I really like the camrys. I had a 99 v6 with 5 speed and loved it. When I traded for the taco I really thought about just getting a new camry instead but I really missed being in a truck and that won me over. It sucks you had to get rid of the taco but a camry is a good replacement and will treat you well.

Yeah, it was marked up. I got it for $27,500...even trade for my truck and $1000 cash back for my warranty...so essentially $26.5...

:D i swore the forums was about him getting a Camry to save gas. From what I recall, my old STi got worse than my Tacoma.

But, nonetheless.. STi is nice. lol

I am averaging 25 right now according to the on board computer. Haven't had to fill it up yet. I have had a heavy foot at times tho. Passing on the highway is fun.

Those Camrys are sharp now. No loss. You can enjoy the attributes of a smooth car that the truck didn't have, and then after it pays dividends in savings get back into a truck. No loss.
