    had to work in a crawl space with 22" of head room this morning, crawled about 60' in and back.

    That sucked.

    On a positive note the recptionest at my brokers office has the crawl space under her home tiled in marble.

    Her husband is a stone mason and was always getting free stone. The steps are granite leading into the space.

    Very few houses here have crawl spaces, most have full basements.

    It would definately be cleaner having the crawl space tiled, being able to use a creeper would be nice too.

    yesterday I called the dealership to tell them they had fixed the issue with my windshield howling, as per request. they tell me a service tech had noticed the driver door latch was missing a spring and the parts to fix it were in. they replaced the door latch assembly on warranty without being asked, somewhat impressed with the dealership service at the moment. :)
