Does the description say things like "Need real self-starter willing to take initiative," which, loosely translated, means you'll be given no training or guidance and you'll be thrown to the wolves to sink or swim by yourself in our highly dysfunctional, disorganized shitstorm excuse of an operation.

    Haha no it doesn't say any of that, the only reason I wouldn't take it is the beni's that I get where I am right now, bonus', flemmings dinners, alcoholic owners who throw money around at will... They just didn't have enough money to offer Adam, which makes sense, cuz he is worth way more than they could offer him.
