Up for sale is my Sig Sauer 229 .40 Cal DA/SA

    Comes with:
    -2 Mags
    -.357 barrel (interchangeable)
    -Case w/manuals

The gun has less than 100 rounds through it. I bought it a couple months back because I always wanted a Sig, however, I have found that it does not fit my hands as well as I'd like it too. Thus, the reason for selling.

Selling price: $625 + Shipping to your FFL (Please be sure it is legal in your state to have)

-Last time I shipped a firearm on here I was told by UPS that I had to overnight it which was a cost of $80. If you know a cheaper route I can go through to send it to you I will be more than happy to oblige.

*Also will throw in a IWB neoprene holster as well!

*May consider trades for other .40 cal handguns. I would be 100 % willing to do a trade for a HK P30 .40 S&W LEM (No safety/decocker)

What's the difference between this and a 226?

the 226 is the fullsize version of the 229, not that the 229 is all that small anyway though

Oh gotcha. Is the grip the same? I shot a 226 and loved the way it fit. It just felt comfortable and right.

Yes, it says Nitron on the label on the case. Still have all paperwork as well as bought this gun less than 3 months ago.

Bump GLWS. As far as shipping goes. with ups, as told by my company ups guy. Dissasemble the slide and package all of it in one box. Lots and lots of peanuts so it doesn't rattle around. Insure it for whatever and put the description as "gun parts". Ups does not have X-ray scanners or anything. Ship ot as you would anything else. I've done this many times.

I send everything next day. This is what UPS told me to do. So I have been doing it that way with no issues. Disassembling it seems a bit safer.
    To each his own.
