My guess is they help with digestion so you have more room to eat more more often.

Yeah I know what they are, I've never heard of them increasing appetite in my line of work.

Dairy is a big no go. Despite whether or not an individual is lactose tolerant it is still very hard for the body to digest. My cheats are lasagna, pizza, (other Italian dishes) but on a once in a blue moon basis.

I need to build my upper chest, I just started doing decline bench with 135lbs.
8 reps, 8 reps, 8 reps again which puts me around failure, rest pause and push out 3-4 more reps, strip weight to 115, 8 reps, rest pause and do 3-4 more reps. I know that is for my lower chest, but I obviously will do both. then i do the same on incline, with a little less weight. I've only done this for 2 weeks, before that I think my chest was getting used to chest press and not growing much. what do you think of the above chest workout?

    pic, no flexing. [IMG]

Weight loss is going well and right on track. Shit's tough without mom and dad's grocery money. Don't know how much I weigh exactly but my belt doesn't fit anymore.

You should try doing incline first. Also switch up your rep range if you've been doing it a while. Something I like to do when I hit a plateau with a body part is a pyramid. Not sure if that's really the name but here's the run down.

After you're warmed up a little get a weight that you can work with, but can wear you out. So let's say 135 since you mentioned it. Do a set of 3. Rest about a minute and rep 4, rest then rep 5, do this to hit your highest amount of reps you can do, for you with that weight probably around 10 or so. Then do 9 reps, 8 reps, all the way back down to 3.

I used to be all up in milk with everything. Especially mixing my protein shakes. But now I don't even take protein shakes unless they are lactose free, and feel pretty awesome. It's not for everyone and it's not really hard to give up but you should try it for a couple weeks and let me know what you think

good call, I do ascending sets (pyramid) for shoulders, i'll give it a go with chest, i think doing incline first should help too.

I used to drink about a gallon of whole milk every 2 day's or so, naturally in the hot summer that goes down, but especially now that I'm concisely thinking about how much I'm taking in I've cut out around 1000 calories a day.

I have 3 options for post workout; chipotle, chicken breast with brown rice, or a bowl of oatmeal made with milk and an enormous spoon full of almond butter washed down with two glasses of milk and a banana. I don't drink any type of shake (maybe once a week oats and whey). Even at night I just drink milk.

Flys incorporate more fibers. Try some incline flys. I never do decline

Throw in 3 sets of dips to failure! They'll pack slabs on the front delts and upper chest!

My shoulder can't take them regularly but every now and then I throw in a set.

Bigger shoulders seem to fill out the upper chest!

    My usual routine is:
    Flat DB
    Incline BB
Fly machine or DB incline flys
    3x failure pushups

I aspire to be on your level of hunger for cock. But I can't compete with your genetics, look at your mom!
