    At this time its more of a matter of Firestone trusting anyone who rolls up in a Toyota, it seems that a hand full of locals (not naming names) have single handedly killed any of that life time alignment goodwill because they'd go out beat their trucks out of alignment every other day & go in for their free alignment a couple times a month & it'd be the same group over & over so even tho' they were somewhat bound by the agreement the Firestone management found new & creative ways to basically blow them off with appointment schedules, no "drive by" type "Sorry no time today you'll have to make an appointment, & the next one is 2 weeks from wendsday" kind of thing
