Then he was like "you sure you gave it to me" i said are you sure its not in your pocket and low and behold, he had it crumpled up in his pocket:mad:

    Tuned....
    picked up a URD maf calibrator and had Whitfield Racing tune it for me heres the results...141.97 max power 156.67 max torque....not bad i guess when stock rwhp is like 117 from what i've read.

    What are your observations about the feel of the truck with the tuned MAF calibrator? More low rpm pull in 1st thru 3rd?

    Hmmmmmm, URD MAF Calibrator eh? Just may have to check into one of those if it means another 30 more useful ponies. I won't be going LT but do have the LCE header and the K&N intake is around the corner with the dry flow filter so basically same setup minus the MAF calibrator and the catback. Got the short shifter kit too, just not on truck yet. Got to get that done. May combine that with cb install since I'll need to jack with center console. Badass truck, still diggin the green, grille looks better too. Not many color matched green 05-10 grills around that I've seen here. Sucks about the damn car wash thing........

    To me it just feels like more smooth power through the rpm range. I guess there's only so much power you can get with just tweaking the fuel. The tuner told me he could have done more if I bought the one with the timing adjustment:/

    You definitely need to get on that short shifter, once you do it you'll wonder how you drove with out it. I found it easier to use a wrench from under the truck to get some of the back bolts out.

    Spent my taxes on bodywork. Trucks all one color again, had my painter fix my roof too. I bedlinered the tops of my bedsides and my bumper since the cheap spray job wasnt holding up.
