I'll be sore tomorrow! here's what I decided on today...

first I upped my weight for incline bench press, and did 8 reps, rest pause long enough to get 4 more, then another 8 reps, rest pause to get 4 more, drop a few lbs, 8 reps, rest pause then go to failure.

Incline fly's, 12 reps supersetted with push ups. 3 sets of each.
Cable crossovers, 1 side at a time, supersetted with dips to failure, 3 sets.

    shoulders-
side lateral raises- ascending sets of 8 reps, failure on 5th set, then back down hitting failure on each set. this was done without rest.

shoulder press 8x reps for first 2 sets and going up in weight each set, to failure on the 3rd st.

and I meant to do tricep kickbacks but I forgot haha

    Felt great!

First you have to work on getting your testosterone low. Google it. People do different things, some drink prior to blood test, take soy protein, stay up all night etc etc. then go to your doctor and tell em you feel like crap and don't feel like boning anymore. They will draw blood and treat you for low-T. They will put you on a lower dose initially. Just space your injections far apart when you know you are gonna get tested again. Or just do the illegal shit. I stay legit because my insurance pays for it.

Boil or bake...throw some "I can't believe it's not butter" spray after for more flavor.
Or, use some Walden Farms BBQ sauce

I scrub them. Cut the ends off. Rub w/ olive oil. Place on a baking sheet(do not wrap potato w/ foil) . Bake 425F for 1 hr. I found this little trick makes the PERFECT baked sweet potato.
