Alright so I was thinking that... well since I graduated Highschool in 2003... I have well put on a few pounds... now before you give me your ideas... I dont like going to the gym.. and I usually give up lifting weights after a few weeks... but I like being outdoors.... and running doesnt cut it for me.... I try to ride my bike a few times a week and thats works out... but I was thinking about rollerblading... anyone know if it is a good workout...

I think a gym would be your best bet....indoor rock climbing, swimming...only downfall is membership fees. Its really tough with the time you've got to work out!

are you gonna make adjustment to possible bad eating habits? not saying you need to diet, but maybe you can start at eating in moderation

1 workout a day, usually always less than an hour. Some as short as 10 minutes. Trust me, it works!
You may not be familiar with some of the exercises but they are all explained on the "exercises and demos" link on the right side of the page.

I play hockey and the skating motion does burn a lot of calories. Your best bet to lose weight without doing all that running/exercising stuff is to just count calories..that's the key. If you rollerblade, or SWIM (the best thing to do), and count/cut back on calories, you should see results pretty quickly.
