I'm just happy to have a window that will actually roll down and not fall out of its track or anything on the way down.

Considering I never have a passenger, and none of my friends have driver's licenses/own cars, it's not really much of a big deal. Power windows are nice, but there's just something comforting about physically working your own shit.

If the truck didn't have air conditioning, I wouldn't complain a bit. In fact, I could probably get by without a radio since I'm pretty used to it. I just want 4 wheels and an engine, and no bull. And that's exactly what my truck gives to me. :)

OOOO to be young and not have aches and pains.

Ligher, ha should I go get some sweet carbon fiber body parts as well. Dont care if they are lighter or what constitutes a "real truck". Technology is the shiz and thats a fact jack

Yes, you should be able to swap over door locks and hook them up. Those wont draw too much. No you cant do windows because Im pretty sure the regulators will not work on top of custom switches since door panels dont swap.

And sure the displacement is similar Ry Ry but the whole motor itself is different.

Well you finally READ it right? And yes if the panels are different the entire door is different. If you want to I can go on to CT and quote the pm I had with the HNIC on tech info over there into this thread.

    Chill pill guys.

Yes, the door is definitely different.
The RC front door has a 6" speaker, the AC and DC have a 6x9.

The RC front door does not have the threaded nut in the correct location to secure the door pull on the non-manual door panel. Even if the panel will snap into place, there's no way to secure it.... you'll pull it off the door every time you close it.

Yes, I get it and both you and Phil need to calm down.

The door latch on the AC door will not mesh with the RC body... it latches into the AC door.

Best bet would be a DC door, but I'm pretty sure it's shorter.

Just get some power mirrors from a truck, grab the wiring and the switch, and wire them up...
The mirrors should bolt on no problem.
    No use buying 2 doors.

    Here's what I did on my 99..

He doesn't want mirrors (well, he might).
He wants locks and windows and wants it to look factory.

Aftermarket options are available, but they don't look factory.

Gotcha. So he wants the whole shebang. Eh. My viper alarm has aftermarket door lock actuators and I wired up power mirrors. I don't need power windows.

    Good luck.

They can still be made to work.

Strip back the outer jacket and attach to the cable.
There's been a couple of writeups on it.
