    Bumper is pretty much done until I get the light bar. Added the plastic trim behind the main tube this week.

    Thanks. When I cut the cross member out I welded in a hitch so I could still use a winch if i wanted to. The license plate is on wing nuts and hides the hitch receiver

    Hey chase got any close ups/details of that back plate behind the front bumper? I wanna do something like that but a little longer.
    Looks good man, I wish i had the tools and skill to do my own fab work too!

    If you want to keep it vertical you won't get much more out of it. I wanted it to come down another 6'' or so but I couldn't make it work and look right. The tubes from the bumper get in the way. You could notch the plastic, but it would be a bitch. It was a bitch just to get it to line up how I have at.

    Hiding the gap between the fiberglass and the tube made a big difference in the fit and finish.

    I plan on cutting out as much sheet metal as I can to clean it up.

    looks good chase! how did you mount the filler material??to the body or the bumper? and did you leave any room for flexing..these things flex alot on the corners as you know im sure
