i recently joined a new fd...one that lets me run pretty red and white lights...i only have highbeams and hazards

so here is a vote deck out my truck with pretty red and white lights so it looks like a big loud xmas tree runnin down the road (my airhorn is sick as hell)

or 3 inch lift and new tires...

i cant decide grrrrr, but im kinda leaning towards lights

2 slim misers 1 red 1 white in windsheild
4 tir3's in the grill 2 under the tail gate red/whit (half n half)
2 strobes alternating in high beams
    2 strobes in turn signals
    2 strobes in tail lights
    and my famous airhorn

or 3 inch suspension lift with Destination M/ts

I personally don't dig the whole lights thing- the volunteer guys where i used to live had them and drove like reckless assholes with them on- Even tho they are a courtesy light in NY.

55+ thru a 20 zone with church letting out is bad form no matter what you are going to.

What are you going to be doing more-Responding to call or offroading??

responding usually, i offroad when im late to work haha

thats one of the problems here especially when country boys move to a more populated fd. however im doing the opposite.

i watch how i drive, you dont save live by wrecking, slow down take your time, you sometimes even get there slower with redlights especially during the day because people stop infront of you

i had a friend that got a lawsuit filed against him because of his lights, he was going through an intersection and a guy on a motorcycle ran his stop sighn plowed into him and tried to sue him...needless to say, it got dropped

dont worry man..your going throu the wacker phase..If your close enough to the fd, then you really dont need them.

Theres only a handful of guys on my FD that have warning lights on there personal vehicle, myself included.

Do yourself a favor, and do the suspension!

i just couldnt decide what would be prettier

if i get a call back when it comes time to truck tobacco i can do both (trucking and racking where the moneys at) but right now money is tight as hell

Don't get me wrong bro- They can be useful and I wasn't pointing fingers at you for driving bad- I just have a bit of a bias against them.

I used to live in Santee, Ca. REAL close to FABTECH...I should have jumped on the chance. On another note what have you done; i.e. sound system, rims tires. Or, if kick'n it spartan?
