Bump Stops with U-bolt Flip?

    I am going to be installing a u-bolt flip kit and was wondering what people did for the bump stops after the flip? I talked with Sarah at AP and they installed a Timbren SES system, but I don't really need to install something like that, not to mention spending the additonal $200. I just need a way to reuse the stock bumps if possible. Any tips, advice, or pictures are appreciated. Thanks!!!

    Seeing the third gen section forced me to get a Ford...
    i didnt see any way to reuse the stock bumps...i just left mine off

    Well that's not what I wanted to hear. Have you had any issues bottoming out?

    no....i havent carried anything in the bed heavier than a push mower and bike together....but i also have the AP 3" leaf packs too. "supposed" to lower the load capacity for flex....i guess i'll see this weekend carrying a truckload of gear and towing a boat to the TW meet. and if u look at it another way, the 2-3" of the bumpstop is more room to not bottom out...
