    You guys got a lot of balls trying some of these crossing without snorkels. Wow. If its up to the top of my tire, I get very paranoid. And I've even relocated my intake so it's higher up.

    If you shop - you could get one from a bone yard for about $200 - otherwise they can be $600-800-1000 :eek:

    The ones out of a 7 series is 180 amps :)

    I am sure there are other vehicles that have water cooled units and if you are going to "mud" or like a lot of water crossings, it would/could be a life saver! :) Plus, if you run lights, winch, refrig, mega stereo, you would have 180 amps! :)
