Added extra awesomeness to its original awesomeness.
x2 it would be much less distracting if it were only sentence or two at most.

Ok so a perfectly safe car would have:
    1. no cup holders
    2. no radio / cd or other entertainment
    3. no cubbies, slots , containers or center compartments.
    4. no extra buttons to play with.. ie 4x4 should be behind a locked panel that only opens when you are no longer moving.
    5. has a breathalizer to start
    6. has a reverse beeper
    7. has backup sonar (no cameras, too distracting)
    8. has radar adaptive cruise control, or no cruise control (may tempt you to be distracted)
    9. has no front passenger seat.
    10. has a sound proof partition between driver and passengers.
    11. has side notification radar
    12. turning headlights
    13. airbags all around
    14. automatic helmet that lowers down on you.
    15. KIT auto computer.
    16. Monitors your eyes, delivers an electric shock via the steering wheel if you close them more than 2 seconds. (1 missisippi.. 2 misssippii... ouch.. I wet my pants)
    17. on that note.. has a catheter bag.
    18. anti cell phone jammer.
    19. dash with a non-stick, sloping surface that prevents anything from staying there.
    20. locking glove box (again, opens with no motion)

    Any more?

If we keep banning everything because there are a few people who have 0 common sense, you get the situation below eventually. We already have enough regulations to stop distracted driving, I think the police need to get more creative in how they use the regulations already in place rather than keep banning every little thing they can think of.
