    I had a similar nose surgery..maybe even the same when I was 10. I hope your doing well and I'm sure they have already told you not to look down. Especially when you shower or take a piss. I don't know if they jammed gauzes up your nose...but if they did. The day the pull them out you will smell something that you will NEVER smell again. Good luck.
