You sure about that? Mounts, latches, trim are all the same? just because one spot is the same doesn mean they all are. and was this interior dimensions or exterior?

If that's the case you might already have a loom at both rocker panels. Random vehicles will have random harnesses. I.E. cruise on yota's some a pre wired and are plug and play while others need a wire or two ran from the main harness. But yes all you would need is main power on, ground, and turn on signal.

    Ha your welcome

Your not just talking fab here, your talking full body work. Lets say worst case door fits but mounts are all out of wak. You would have to remount and weld in threaded tabs from inside the A panel rocker area, you would also have to do the same for the door hinges and the same for the B pillar for the door latch which I dont even know if you could get in there to weld that without cutting out that section doing it then resectioning it which always leads to misalignments, air gaps, and a pain in the ass.

I see where you are going with this, I too tried to go this route and to convert it to for power locks and windows, cost just doesn outweight the amount of work. Oooo and paint, lots of paint to match all welded area's and for those small area's you would still have to buy quite a bit of paint.

Now I am pretty positive that the electric door locks will work and those you could wire up to a aftermarket popper or full alarm. The only reason that I am not 100% is because I looked this info up some 4 years ago when I first bought my taco.

Im not trying to be mean bro, just trying to give you all the info on what it will take if that shit doesn line up. Worst is what I pointed out, at least with the door not even fitting your hopes dont get up. BTW you ever try lining up a door on a car before, not a simple task.

    +1

It's not even simple to line up the factory door after you remove it and try to reinstall it.

Trying to line up the door from a different truck? Get it close, then spend a half day on the fenders to complete the job.

Exactly, your looking at a lot of down time and a hell of lot of work just for power windows and locks. I wanted them as much as you do, even had a thread over on CT years back but gave up cuz it just aint worth it. Hence why Im in search of a different taco.

My 2012 Tacoma 4x4 Base MT, My first Taco. Already tinted the windows 5% and replaced the absolutely horrible factory speakers with JBLS. Im wanting to get a nicer wheels like a set of SR5 or TRD takeoffs with some all terrain tires. im ready for a dash kit to put in a head unit. I love my Tacoma but the power is taking a little to get used to. I traded an 04 F150 lariat 4x4 for it. Its definately a work in progress but i only had it 3 weeks. And does anybody know where the best place to get my hands on a black brush guard. Thanks

    Even the fucking FLOOR MATS!

    Bought a set from Titus-Will.
They sent me a set from an AC (or maybe a DC, hard to tell from the size of the rear mats).

Driver's side, one hook lines up. Passenger side, neither hook lines up.
