Just a bunch of old crap
On week 3 of the Insanity routine. Quit smoking cold turkey the day before I started it, after 20 years almost to the month of pack a day smoking. On the first day when I did the "fit test", I could only do 5 of the 8 exercises and I had to stop so I could puke. At the start of week 2 when it was time to take the next fit test, I doubled my reps on those 5 exercises and I finished the whole thing with nearly as many reps as the test people they had on the DVD.

After 2/5 weeks of Insanity, I am a machine. No more huffing after taking the flight of stairs at work. Now I'm running them in 2's.

I was 247# at 6'1" when I started Insanity. I'm reviving so much muscle mass that I lost over the years that the scale only shows me down 3 lbs, but I can already see the muscle definition starting to show through. I'm following their diet plan of 40% carb, 40% protein and 20% fat (all prescribed lean meats, vegetables, fruits, whole grains, etc.) and I'm running at 2000 calories a day or less with the daily workout (one day off). I'm hoping to see some more weight loss here pretty soon as the muscle mass levels off and I get my calorie intake in balance for what I need to fuel/refuel after each workout.

Can't wait to see what I look like, feel like, and weigh after the full 9 weeks. I'll report back with results.

    Isatori is legit.

My personal favorite is Carnivore Chocolate. That shit is the BOMB!
I also like isopure, nutrex muscle infusion black, and dymatize iso 100.

I'm always trying to cut calories but at my weight it's tough to keep protein up so I have to go with isolates and low/no carbs to keep the calories down.

Want a cheap tip thats worth trying?

Go to a feed store and by powdered bovine colostrum and mix a scoop into every shake.

You will make better strength gains, recover quicker, and gain more LBM. Not like AAS or GH but you will notice more gains than on protein alone.

Almost a month since I have started working out again, net weight loss is 10 pounds with a definite increase of functional strength.

Monday does seem like national cheat and tris day in the gym. I always do legs the first day of the week because I hate them and wanna get it over with.

Yesterday was the first day I've been able to squat in two months. I had a hip flexor injury. I'm so sore it's ridiculous!
