No, it definitely is not a Rosie blow up doll :puke:

And I just called a bunch of hardware stores and had no luck with that rubber gasket material. Ace has em but only 4x4" for about $3-4 and I'm not sure how thick. I also don't have a drill for the holes  and is it thick enough to cut with a regular razor blade?

I used a utility razor to cut one, then moved on to scissors. Seemed to be easier.

A drill definitely helps for the holes (Capt Obvious) but you might be able to get away with a punch. If you don't have a punch you might be able to get away with a phillips head screwdriver.

    Don't have either :pout:

Hmm... how much would it cost to have you do it for me? Material, cutting, drilling, shipping? :D Serious question, but ONLY if you find time and wouldn't mind.

Ah hell, you just need to poke a hole through with scissors tips and hog it out. It is just so the screw goes through easily. No need for exact tolerances.

This is the nut that holds the flange to the t-case. Its probably like somewhere around 26-30mm. :notsure:

Whoops, I was just imagining it being really thick and tough to poke a big enough hole  1/8" should be thin enough with a screwdriver and hammer huh?

If you want me to do it, I'll do it for free. Took me 2 mins.

One 6x6" sheet makes two complete sets, so I made one for my friend who has an '02. I would have just sent you those.

Thanks for the help. Went to the hardware store, looks like it's 30mm. I'd give you rep anyway, but I got a message saying "You must spread some reputation around before giving it to scocar again." :D
