I'm slowly starting to like leg day more and more. I suprised myself with the dead lift yesterday as well, even though it was only 105. Everybody's gotta start somewhere though, and I aint in no rush. haha

I've never done dead lifts before, and man, they are a true test of strength.

Looking forward to weighing myself at the end of August to see if I've put on any weight. Started out at 156. :( 5' 8"

Goal is to reach 165-170 lbs by the end of the year. Doesn't sound like an impossible goal does it?

I love leg days! You can probably deadlift more then you think really. I deadlifted 205 the first time I did it and that was a month ago. I'm your size too.

As far as weight goes. I started out at 153ish and I'm about 157 now after 2 months of hitting the weights pretty hard.

true on the deadlift more than you think part, but being cautious is smart...

the deadlift is an excercise than a lot can go wrong quick is a person is lifting outside their limits

2.5" lift, ARE Shell, Ducks Unlimited Rubber Floor Mats. ROGUE badges,
Squat and deadlift are depressing to me now. I used to be able to go so much heavier.

Now I always feel like every bodies watching me and saying "that guys bug shouldn't he be doing more weight?" haha

    I've had too many injuries.

Alright, now that I got it sorted out, explain a few things please sir.

You're packing enough protein? Like how? On yourself? In your diet? You should be taking in 1-1.5 grams of protein per pound of body weight.

Your legs are ok from carrying yourself? Regardless, they need exercise too!

What are your stats? Height? Weight? Lift numbers?

    Do you have rest days?
