Not my toolbox. I got my own. And nobody touches mine. ;)

I would think that if your contract stipulates what channels it includes (without that stupid little exclusion in teeny print on the bottom) then I would say that violates the agreement and you should be able to get out of it, with a refund for the month that they were gone.

    Prying?

The steering wheel on my truck has a bunch of slices on it. Been looking for a way to clean that up-and not so sure how it happened? It's all over the wheel. This looks like one way to make the wheel look nicer.

Are you sure you pulled the lacing tight enough? Here's mine:

At any rate - I recommend it highly. Leather wheel feels much better in the hand - better grip, less slippery, more relaxed grip on the wheel leads to better vehicle control.

Yours looks great! I pulled it as hard as I could, my fingers are all red and there were line marks in them after I was done.

It could be too that mine isn't Wheelskins. It's Superskins, the oldschool kind. They don't even make it any more. Was supposed to be on the Chevelle which has a skinnier steering wheel, so the leather isn't that wide. I was pretty disappointed that it didn't make it to where the ends met like your but then I remembered how long ago I bought it. I was surprised that the leather was still in new condition considering how long ago I bought it.

Ah. That's the difference then, no doubt.

I actually never minded those old-school-hard-plastic steering wheels.

It's the modern "vinyl-wrapped-cheap-pretend-leather" that always feels so slippery under my fingers that I can't stand.

Prior I had some cycling wrap on it temporarily to see what it felt like but it started to tear. I had mentioned to my husband that I wanted to wrap my steering wheel and he said that we one in his tool box and he gave it to me. I totally forgot about it or else I would have gone with Wheelskins. But I figure I'd try this since I already had it.

Did you order yours online or were you able to buy it at a store? Maybe I'll check into the kind that fits better.

I ordered it - probably direct off of wheelskins.com, but it's been a while so I can't remember for sure.
