If you need help let me know. Nothing too bad the worst part is putting the diff in by yourself when it has gasket maker along the seal. Other than that, just put it in, slide the axles back in, reconnect your brake lines add brake fluid and bleed your brakes. Oh and add gear oil to the diff.

Just installing the third isn't too bad. The hardest part I had on my '87 4Runner was trying to handle it without smearing the gasket sealer. If you had a second set of hands it shouldn't be too bad.

Also - I don't think I would mess with the gearing. It is still your DD and you don't plan on going with any bigger tires right?

Ya 33" is as big as I'm gonna run. I currently have the 3.73s l. I wish they had 4.10s but those are hard to come by. I'm gonna see if they have 3.90s. My gas mileage sucks and I want some mpgs back.

How much you want for them and are they in good condition? Light scratches are ok, just as long as they are not broken or have very deep scratches. I plan to tint them.

open diff pissed me off alot. and it really helps whenever me and my friends are launching the bowfishing boat in places that we kinda improvise our own boatt ramps lol. and alot of times going to fill up our deer feeders can get very sketchy. and pulling people out of the mud...

i think itll be worth it every time i press the button and thank the lord im not stuck in the middle of nowhere

and at this point id be willing to spent $1500 to just get that damn lockwrong out of my truck so its drivable agin
