I've had my Tacoma for exactly 1 year today. I have put on 53,246 miles. So I celebrated my first year anniversary with this truck with a brand new set of BF Goodrich Long Trail TA's in 265/70/17.

53k in one year!? Where the hell did you go? You can drive around the world at the equator twice and not go that far. Impressive, sir. Seriously though, do have a crazy long commute or what?

I drive all over NC and SC installing and calibrating flow meters. I drive around 1200 miles a week, more or less.
My work pays me 55.5 cents a mile, tax free, for mileage, which makes it worth it. I know that it sounds like a lot of miles, but I get my truck serviced and tires rotated every month, and really keep up on maintenance.

Almost $700 a week, they are basically making your truck payment and maintenance! Sweet deal.

I ran by the shop where my truck is to snap a quick pick for ya cause theres no tellin how much longer itll be til i get my truck back. but you can see where the seats are up against the sub covers when theyre down. but the seats are up, if you look back there, theres alot of room for the subs to flex. I got a kenwood amp and a capacitor in the middle. awesome setup for the money though for sure!

Looks good:thumbsup: Couple questions. What subs are those? and is that what the back of the seats looks like from the factory or did you cut them up? I've never actually looked under my seat covers:anonymous: haha

The meters that we service keep a track of how much wastewater that a city or industry discharge. We also monitor how much harmful chemicals or metals are being discharged.
I have the best job in the world. I wouldn't trade it in for anything. I spend 6-10 hours a day in my Tacoma!
And thanks for the devil math, Tacolover443.

Ordered some Dakar's. Washed all of the NorCal camping trip off, cleaned the air filter, and changed the oil.

From what I recall he said they are JL audio 10w1's... He turned me on to this setup, and I'm about to pull the trigger on it. I have the same question though, I know you recommended the sub grills, but is taking the backs of the seats off necessary?

    Btw... Thanks for the pic
