    There's bears and moose on the runways in AK...
    I'll never forget one time flying up there and we went to land at this little air strip to refuel...on the way in we noticed this fat grizzly sitting on the end of the runway eating berries. He just glanced up at us and kept on eating. We had to get on the radio and alert other planes that there was a bear on the runway. I cracked up laughing because it sounds so absurd! :laugh:

    Hmmm...scuba mask! :eek:

    I recommend that everyone visit AK at least once - its does have a certain beauty that you don't get anywhere else.

    I have a younger friend who has had it done. It didn't fix what he went in for either. So they are going to try something else for him soon. I am probably going to need that sooner or later. I am always congested in one side or other.
