I've had this on my short list for awhile now...shot a buddy's 9mm a couple years back and fell in love...couldn't get over the price tag for a new one and it seems used is rare...found this one posted today and picked up about 2 hours later

Never been fired, threaded barrel, 7 mags and a bunch of rail that I'll never use

I've been between this and the kahr for about two months now...still can't decide. I want the pm9 but its a bit pricey.

Love mine, it's been very reliable.

You can but it's no pocket pistol.

    This.

Mines .40 too. I love it! I added the tri rail for my offset light and AVG and put a Moerse Lekker barrel shroud on it. I had the red dot on it but took it off because I like the open sights better. Came with 3 mags and both hard and soft case. I'd wanted one for a while And came across it used last Christmas when I had a pocket full of cash!

I was in the same boat. I was looking at the CM9. After holding the Kahr it felt and looked so plain to me. My buddy has the pm9 and says its one of the best shooting guns he owns. I just liked the Shield better. I dont think you could go wrong with either but I chose the Shield. If you are looking for a Shield its almost impossible to find a 9mm but the 40 are out in a few places right now.

I think the Kahr is a little smaller and that has alot of people turned off. The Shield is a GREAT shooting gun that is also jsut the right size not too too small. It is VERY slim and the barrel is short but has enough size to grip and it an easily concealed gun. Im happy with my choice.

Not a problem after about 300 rds or so. Still tight. Have you tried putting a bit of Loctite blue on the threads? That should take care of the problem.

Picked up this little guy for $299. Shoots great. Got nervous after seeing so many people breaking them on YouTube , but realized they only break if you shoot stingers.

So I was set on getting the kahr cm9 until I made the mistake of looking at a kimber solo today.

Ive heard not so good reviews on the kimber solo and nothing but good on the cm9. For the price of the cm9 its kinda hard to beat. Now a Kimber Ultra carry would be pretty nice too, but the price you could buy two Kahrs. Let us know what you get and how they work out.

My gunsmith put this together for me. He checkered the front strap, fit all the parts, and made the comp out of a block of steel. Here's a look:

Caspian frame and slide, and mostly Ed Brown parts, Kart barrel. No pussy looking bushing/comp shit.

just went to the gun shop and they ordered me a rock river ar15, now I just have to wait 3 months.

and if you want a pocket gun and is on a budget check out the kel-tec pf9. its really light and kind of stiff but for $250 you cant beat it.

Just picked up 420 rounds of Federal, American Eagle 5.56 for $164.00 @ Walmart. Not a bad deal in my opinion.
