    The main reason behind this was to eliminate my sleep apnea...
    That's what the ins. co. paid for... the alternate reason was to hopefully kill my horrendous snoring problem...
    I tried the C-pap machine & hated it...
    this was the other choice...:eek:

    Getting better...Thanks Pete.
    Not to be gross but I was directed by the physician to wait 48 hrs and then "clean" the nasal passages with hydrogen peroxide and q-tips...
    Not an activity I found enjoyable at all. :(
    BUT, it worked & here I am able to somewhat breathe through my nose already!

    Was VERY difficult to swallow at all. I managed to take my meds though and went back to an ice pack for my neck.
