I don't have one but I've witnessed the power of a single TW5 13" and it's fantastic. Way more sub than you need but not more than you'd want. I've thought about it more than once.

Haha I looked at prices on it, Fuu!!! Expensive but I think It's worth it. Any recommendations. On door speakers? Kinda in the market for some

It is indeed a pricey piece. There are other things that will get you some nice bump for cheaper but the ease of install for that one might be worth the money. I paid $700 for a JL HD900/5 amp a few years ago. I did it because it had the features/power I needed and it was the size of a small book. That gave me the flexibility to put it in a convenient location under the seat.

For door speakers check out the Focal lines or maybe Hertz. I liked the 165VB set when I had them years ago. Put your money into the front speakers before you even think about putting it anywhere else.

Ok fellas please be kinda I am currently working on cleaning up my install. Luckly I was givin new plastics. Initially I had the subs sitting a little higher due to the bracket that holds the rear seats together so rather than cut it and compromise the bracket I elevated the subs with 2x4's but to my surprise the back seat wouldnt close correctly so I lowered it to one 2x4 thats the reason the plastics no longer fit flush with the box. I will mention that if you go with this box you will have to hammer down or cut the rear bracket that runs along the back wall of the the truck not sure what its called. Overall I am very happy with this set up i have my alpine 500 amp only turned up to a .25% of its capacity. These 2 little subs are insane. I went back and forth on weather to get the single 8 or the 2 8's.I think the single 8 would have been enough looking back now but at the time I was under estimating these little things. People never believe that they are 2 8's till i show them. I have a few buddies in chevy's and ford's looking to get rid of their 12's for this set up.

How are you still liking your MicroSub? I just ordered the 6.5" version for my truck as well. How well does it fit with the plastic storage still in?

I have an 8 with a 250 watt JL amp behind the rear passenger seat in my double cab and the 6.5 behind the driver's side rear seat. I put an Alpine head unit, an alpine power pack amp and dynamatted the doors and put JL components in the front and coaxials in the rear. Sounds great. Not deafening but more low end than rock music needs and loads of punch. I run the EQ flat with the crossover doing a lot of the work to get it balanced. I also have the remote gain knob for the subs to control volume. Forgive the typos; iDevice.

I also have an '09 AC and it looks like this could be done. There appears to be enough volume for the driver and recommended sealed enclosure (.15 cf). Envisioning that a modified top cover and some interior compartment sealing would be required - anyone taken this on, or feel that it just can't be done?

Guys I’m wondering if anyone can tell me if this
    JL Audio ACP108LG-W3v3
    MicroSub+™ 250-watt 8" powered subwoofer
    https://www.crutchfield.com/p_13693330/JL-Audio-ACP108LG-W3v3.html
8” sub plus amp would fit behind the seats of my 2008 (2nd gen) TRD Sport Tacoma? Looking for options outside the JL Stealthbox and Other smaller units like the Kicker Hideaway and Alpine PWE-S8
