    What about rice with gravy and some steamed veggies on the side. You can "over cook" the rice and veggies to make them as soft as baby food.

    Thanks, just with the ole iPhone and it actually wasn't that hot. This was where I got the recipe..only thing I did different was use the talapia and salmon instead of red snapper.

    I had nose & throat surgery on Monday.
    Only soft foods for at least a week. :(
