been leaking for some time now....i tightened it all up way past spec a 6 months ago...thought it was fixed but its still seeping....
at keast i know it haz fluid in it i think......
way over doo on the fluid change have it all but no sense in doing it if its leaking....
so im going to toyo to get the gasket and ill go from there......
funny story....months ago there were giant blow up rats from the union guys in front of a building going up...turns out thats my new dealership

This is one report from one jobsite that went scab:
•Threats of physical assault to the principals, key employees, and construction personnel of Post

•Blocking the entrance of people and deliveries to the building

•Physically bullying our professional service providers – eg architects

•Intimidation of female employees not involved in construction

EG: In February 2012, a day after Post brought a crane to a construction site (an action which enraged the Unions) a union picketer said to a female employee in the property management department “Don’t you live on XXXXX avenue?” – which was the street she lived on. The implication was clear that he “knew where she lived”. Later that same evening, another female employee in the property management department arrived home to find a car parked in front of her building, which started taking pictures of her at a very close range and then sped off.

•Personal attacks on female family members not involved in the business: the pregnant wife of one Post Brother is routinely followed taking their toddler to pre-school by picketers who blatantly picket in front of their house on a near-daily basis.

•Harassing neighbors by driving around the neighborhood with bullhorns on a truck

•Continuous petty property and car vandalism
•Frequent violent physical assaults of our employees and subcontractors

•Slashing the tires of and throwing rocks and breaking all windows of delivery trucks, beating the drivers, and destroying the contents of the delivery

•Breaking down fences and barriers and storming our construction sites in a riot

•Destroying cranes, cutting elevator cables, shooting out windows, and other major financially damaging and life threatening property damage

 

think if i had to deal with this shit i would get a new job

In this economy construction jobs like this are hard to get....thus the issues they brought on themselves for cutting the unions out. The real issue is the union was involved from the beginning and at the last minute the owners decided to test the Philly unions. My employer had way over 40hrs into quoting and designing the windows. Not a smart move when unions are crashing everywhere else. You poke a sleeping bear and sometimes you get bit. Whenever I bid and job then follow up and found it went scab I call the union and let them know.

Newest edition: Joe's crab Shack in Deptford, NJ. I bid the job and would of gotten it out of any other union, but right at the end they extended the schedule and bid it open shop.
