I like them, but would want black/ or color matched. I would buy them depending on how plug and play they are.

So they are bigger but I really like them alot. No drilling at all. The wiring for the power just plugs right in and easy to wire the turn signals. This set like I said is a protype and has no heat. I showed him the poll and told him how some people have expressed that they really want heat and he completely seemed to understand.
So production should start in about 1.5 to 2 months and black will be available with heat I believe. He took a little over 2 hours to install, wire and test everything, so even if your just ok at doing this stuff it shouldn't take long as he is putting a PDF file together. Tell me what you guys think

They are a bit longer than I expected. Not to worry I would still buy a set. Now only if they could get rid of that chrome....

I am excited that someone is making towing mirrors for the Tacoma. Are the turn signals going to be plug and play for the 2012's ? I could certainly live without the heat option, especially if it would keep me from having to run any extra wires etc. I would rather have plug and play versus heated mirrors. I keep her in the garage anyway. Do you need any other prototype testers? I would really love to have some asap. And I am in the minority that prefers chrome over black.

The stick out a little far from the view of the pics; but I'm game so far. How is the view from the driver seat?

'12 are 100% plug and play as long as you don't care about the heat.

Not bad at all. You can tell they are a bit bigger but they don't seem so large that they look out of place. I haven't sat inside when they were out in tow mode yet. Im sure that will seem weird at first. Can't wait for the black one's myself.

For tow mirrors you can keep on the truck year round, I think it's a great product! I too would like to see a set in black but I think they have a good base product for people who tow

The real question now is, you're off to RC in a couple weeks so lets see how much further they really stick out (AKA see how many trees you scrub them on when going down a tight trail) :)

I like them. I hope over time they make a standard one then ones with options at a higher price. I myself dont really care about blinkers or heaters but am not a huge fan of the chrome. Black looks better.

    Not sure if want.

But... They are towing mirrors and I really don't need that.
I'd just like a power, turn signal alternative to the 4-Runner/Rav4 mod.

If I had a need for towing mirrors, I'd be all over these.

Why does this pic make me think of Shreck? The mirrors look like his ears...

I do like them though, I want some black ones with heat!
