    According to the news, the animal was headed for a crowd of people. If that's the case, then killing it might have been the only answer. Not many cop cars have dart guns or the skill to use it.


    It's a tough call. In my neck of the woods, there have been a couple of cats killed. idk why. I wish they wouldn't but sometimes there isn't much other choice given the lack of a tranq gun and someone with the knowledge to operate it.
