Thanks man. I feel like I sit up a little higher too which is awesome. And the the console is the perfect armrest hight :woot:

Time to design and build a new sub box though... The one I made that sits over the drivetrain hump no longer fits because of the console.

I agree for on road... it's amazing.

For off road I'm still getting used to it. Nailed my funny bone a few times on the trail the other weekend.

This might just be me but I also feel like I'm not pushing the clutch in as far with the new seats. My old seats sat a lot lower and it felt like I was pushing super far to get the clutch all the way to the floor. Next up, cup holder thingies. Then the new sub box.

OME 880's and Wheeler 3 leaf AAL installed. Rides so much better. And gained about 1.25" all around.

Not sure what the other buckets have but these ones have a vertical seat height adjuster, the headrest adjust both up and down and front to back, and there's also a button for a power seat tilt of some sort. Plus they're super comfortable.

Replaced my outer tie rod last night. I should have done inner and outer though. I'm hoping it will fix some of the wobble I have while driving. Could just be the 35" tires though...

What don't you like about the bucket seats? So far there better in every way over the stupid 60/40 bench seat.

Found em on Craigslist. Browsing the auto parts section and I just couldn't pass them up.

3" Lift Bilstein 5100 coilovers, rocker bars, de-badged rear, LED interior, black-bumpers-and-grille-mod, & random other bits. new side-body mod from TBone. Custom 18yr-old stop sign running side cab and bed mod.
blacked the front bumper chrome the rear bumper and the grille.
didn't like the look of the plastidip and the real plastic, so peeled it and did the entire front bumper.. also had some issue with the mask between the chrome line and the painted strip pulling some of the coating off the chrome, so I peeled it (which was actually fun). might not have waited long enough for it to set. the whole bumper dipped looks much better anyway.
    me loves a consistant black..

*probably WAY more that than necessary number of shots here..

I will post a pic of the grille once I get a good shot. gonna wash her for the first time since the dip.... ***nervous***

next up, tonight, is de-badging the tailgate, the SR5 and the LEER from the glass..
previous owner did a rough job blackening the tailgate logos, and I am more into the clean look anyway..
I did see a few pics on here (can't find them now of course) of other members putting the new model logos on, bottom left justified.. that sure looked good..

question, is plastidip tough enough for use on the rocker rails?
was thinking of using rustoleum... but for consistency?
    anyone have experience ?

Not if you use them. Once you hit a rock its gonna wanna keep peeling I would think. I'd use rustoleum personally. Easy enough to touch up, and isn't gonna keep peeling once you make contact with rocks :D
