    LS1-T56 swap, Z06 ported heads, cam, Titanium valves, Kevlar clutch. Now building a forged stroker (383) and all the ponies! Old setup was rod-knockin on heaven's door...
    Remove your radiator lines from the radiator and cooler if you have a tow package (extra remote cooler) and blow everything out with compressed air and if possible put a little trans fluid (using a pointed gear oil cap cut to keep orifice as small as possible) dripped into the lines and radiator exchanger and blown out 2 more times to try and clear out all the old material still in the system.
    That should suffice, I also recommend changing the trans fluid (from the pan) on every engine oil change since it uses cheap Dextron III anyway, your trans will last much longer that way... especially during slow difficult off-roading situations where temps are generally highest in an auto trans. Once the fluid gets too hot EVEN FOR A MILLISECOND its no good anymore and will smoke the transmission guaranteed sooner than later.

    Reminds me of when I got my first 2nd gen and I put in 4Lo for the first time and it kept beeping, I thought you've got to be shittin me, come on Toyota, that's annoying as hell. Then I realized it wasn't engaged and that's what the beeper was for. Oops

    I've been up to American Motorsports a few times, especially recently. Brian is a cool dude and really aims for customer satisfaction, he installed my bed cage and F67's. I would def call ahead of time.

    What are you looking to have done, I have a full setup for fab and welding, Hydraulic tube benders, 350A Tig, Mig, and an auto tech.

    I might be able to save you some coin, let me know what you need and maybe I can help? My only income is working on vehicles so any work I can get is much appreciated, work is sort of slow so I am starting to get nervous since the bills dont seem to slow down for me when work is not bangin..

    Anyway just putting it out there, about 25% of my work I get through various forums...never had an unhappy customer after over 10 years of self employment!

    Nfs257 you can come on by anytime you guys want. I'm pretty much at the shop 9-5 mon-sat. I do leave on occasion to get parts and metal but both are 5 mins away from my shop. All you guys can come by and check out my shop and check out my work. Just as Phil dammit on here he came from AZ and hung out for the day. We got nothing done all day. We were just shooting the shit, went and had barbque and went to stone brewery for a few beers and a little offloading to end the day. We are planning a barbque at American motorsports so you guys can come and hangout see a couple of my customers trucks and have a good time. I'll keep you guys informed on the date.
