ID all the way, wouldnt have a doubt in my mind. type in imagedynamics ctx into diymobileaudio.com and be prepaired to read alot of happy reviews. Also dont forget to look into hybrid audio technology they are compairible to id and other high end speakers. Just make sure u can fit the depth Of 2 3/4" and dont fforget to sound deaden with mlv ccf and cld tiles. U can have great speakers but im they will sound like crap if u dont isolate the back wave and tame the rattles

I have the ck6III and a massive audio amp... and honestly notsure if i would buy again...got it used so good for the price but i wish i spent more. the tweets are harsh and they are not that sensitive of a driver and the cross over isnt tuned properly too much vocals out of the tweet. If i run active im pretty sure i could correct for most of the issues but this defeats the purpose of buying a passive set of components. The amp also has to me a high noise floor but it makes good power. For what its rates at.

see if anyone can let u demo the set before u buy i wish i did

I'm running the SPR-60C and they are amazing! I suggest them and you won't be disappointed. Crisp and deep on all levels even without being amped.

Just reading those 'features' of the Alpines makes me want to run away. Fancy acronyms and terms like 'high-performance' are marketing gimmicks. Tell me wtf its made out of, tell me how much power it handles, its sensitivity and range, and then let me hear it. No way in hell would I buy a car without a test drive, so why buy speakers without hearing them? Anyways, I see you already made your choice...

Let us know how the ID's work out for you. I still have yet to hear any of their stuff in person.
