    You could try Musashi's. It is on Paradise, just south of the Hilton. He doesn't open till 5:30 PM or so, and is open pretty much all night. I don't eat sushi, but they have two tapenyaki grills. The owner's name is Tiger (No, I am not making that up) and he is amazing. Knife skills are top shelf, and the running commentary is a laugh. Call ahead, and find out when he is working so you can sit at his grill. The waitresses are top shelf, my glass never got below 2/3 and they were polite and professional. I highly recommend it.

    The Pub at Monte Carlo has good food and isn't hellishly expensive. I also have to agree with all the other suggestions that have been thrown out there, including the ruckus.

    I had a personal trainer at LVAC once named Tiger. He poked me in the chest with a pen and told me to try to squeeze it. He was very creepy. Random.....
