Yes. It would. :). Use the floor jack under the LCA to compress. Good stuff... wish I had known this trick ages ago.

If you don't draw blood, you're doing it wrong!
All in all it was a kick-ass day! It had all the ingredients for a successful wheeling trip. I will upload some pics / videos tonight.

I am running Goodyear MT/Rs (original style, not the newer Kevlar). I could not be happier with these tires; great traction/flex on any surface I've been on (rock, dirt/gravel, mud, clay, sand) but I haven't tried snow yet. They air down well, and have been wearing evenly. Well behaved and not too loud on pavement, a little slick in the rain/ice but nothing too crazy. Plus, they look badass!

If I didn't get the MT/Rs, I was looking at either Mickey Thompson Baja MTZs or Nitto Trail Grapplers.

I am thinking I might go with the TreadWright Guard Dogs next time too. They are almost identical to the tires I have now (see above) and you can't beat the price.

Not this time. We did find a weird "compound" (???) in the woods. I expected to see some human carcasses stretched out and drying, but needless to say we didn't investigate too much.

I have it on good authority that Bigfoot lives in the TSF area. If you listen to your CB on the drive, a guy will report recent sightings.
