x2?? That's seems like a royal pain in the ass. I would find a removable bra or just get a damn enclosed trailer.

Bra's flap, get dirty, and screw up paint. A truck and trailer to haul a car is pretty expensive.

didn't they also f up Fred's exhaust and almost burn his truck down?

Did they do your gears? I can get a number for a guy that worked for a NASCAR team building rears and transmissions. Built 3rd members for a few people I know and no issues

five channel  your running two subs, why are they not running a two channel or a mono amp with the subs run in series or parallel?

    true....

thats why that amp is over heating so fast, either there retarded and only using two channels out of the five to power the two subs or they tried to bridge the channels to make up for the power

    500 watt amp 5 channel = 500/5 = 100 watts per channel.
if the subs are 250 rms that means your only putting 100 watts to a 250 sub to try and push them.

A 5 channel usually runs 4 mods/highs and one sub. So possibly what's goin on is they're running 2 subs on one channel and it's pulling too much power. What gauge power wire and how long is the ground?
