Just sold my Harley, I have $9,000 for mods. Decisions, decisions.

Lift kit and wheels first. I have read and searched for the answer to my question about wheel back spacing and have gotten several different answers. What is the right back spacing I need to have for a 3 inch susp. lift and 285 75 16 inch tires?

something in the range of 4.25-4.50" is the sweet spot. don't forget that you'll have to do a CMC mod as well. interested in the F-5 wheels?

Lift tires and armor if your into off roading. Add supercharger if you can swing it.

 

Lift, tires, supercharger if you don't wheel much.

Lift, tires, bumpers, lights if you wheel moderate. Supercharger if you feel the need.

Lift, tires, armor, bumpers, lights, lockers, gears if you wheel hard. Supercharger if you feel the need but not necessary with regear.

You have options. Lift and tires for sure to give you more capabilities and a better stance/look. The rest depends on what you want to do with the truck and what you think looks good.

I picked out a set of Mickey Thompson Classic II today. I hope they will fit, anyone know or have these on their truck? The girl at the tire shop said they would fit. I will be selling my stock OR rims too if anyone is interested. I will put them up for sale and post pics when I get my new ones on the truck. I am also looking for a 3" lift, OME or Toytec. Where is the best place to get one of these lifts? Thanks a lot for the help. I did put $6k in the bank, I hope it stays there for a while???
