Yeah lemme know what you need, I could probably save you some cash.

I work on pretty much anything, However I do not enjoy engine diagnostics on late model European cars...PITA.

So does anybody ride dirtbikes? Looking for intermediate/expert riding partners (no gay stuff) that enjoy challenging technical riding, my friends either race pro so they are always gone, 2 of them moved away, and one is a track whore and wont ride anywhere else.

I have met up with a couple of guys over on Thumper Talk that said they were great riders blah blah blah...turns out they never wanted to ride with me after that, haha. I guess they werent as good as they described themselves to be, not that I am not exactly king of the world on dirtbikes, but I am willing to try things most people think cant be done (yeah, I am that guy), I seek out the harder trails most of the time.

If anyone rides and is willing to do some fun stuff (I am not going to try and kill you), let me know and maybe we can get together. It is currently red sticker season in most places, but I have an out of state reg. so I can ride all year. Usually this time of year I ride at Pine Valley (four corners area) on weekdays, lots of tight single track and a couple of rock gardens that I havent been back to since they kicked my ass last time, F that, my legs are too short for that shit, lol.

Anyway just making my plea to find new riders to link up with, what about you Manny, ready to ride some tech stuff?

I don't know Jason I'm getting more comfortable on the two wheels but i still got a ways before i can try and keep up with ya on tight trails.. However I'm always up for a challenge so we'll see..

Actually I've been itching to do the Tj to rosarito ride on two wheels! Not sure if you're willing to go down to Mexico but that's a great ride and it's only like 50-60 miles there, then stop eat some tacos and drink some beer in rosarito and ride back...

It's got a loud tick right now and I'm having a hard time tracing to where it's coming from. I'm hoping its the EGR and I can delete it, but I'm not a great engine mechanic so it could be the valves ticking from the shims too. Either way a second opinion would be nice.

Only one way to get better, follow me! I have ridden a lot in Mexico, but normally go with a decent sized group just for safety, there isnt room for error down there. There are plenty of places here on the N. side of the border as well that are safer in smaller groups IMO.

Pine Valley is fun and I can take you on some milder trails first to see what your down for, great place to gain some skills. I can probably give you a few tips and I think you can come a long way in one day riding with me.
Let me know if you wanna give it a shot sometime, but needs to be weekdays only, too crowded on weekends.

    Let ride!

I dont have a master valve shim kit unfortunately but we can give it a listen and hopefully determine the source of the noise, does it get quieter when it gets warm?

Negative, it follows the rev of the motor which makes me believe it's the EGR and or leak but I am not sure. Have time today to check her out?
