YES! I lived here all my life and I don't need to drive out of Boston much during rush hour. I'm still not used to it.

I can't drive in the HOV lane if I'm alone, but I can drive in the breakdown lane and hope no one is broken down.

Also, isn't there a stretch of highway where you're in 95N/1N/128S at the same time?

    What school?

I've lived in both for a decent amount of time. True in RI noone uses their blinkers but in MA someone puts on a blinker for .2 seconds right before they cut you off and need to jam on the brakes so they dont rearend the car in front of them.

I will take RI drivers and RI traffic over MA/Boston drivers and traffic any day. When I lived in Quincy, day, night, weekend, didnt matter, lower deck of 93 was always slammed.

x2- When I left MA, I wanted to move to NH but couldnt find a job. I love it up there, but there arent a ton of jobs.

Rhode Island highways are the worst. Seriously, who the fuck puts S curves in an interstate highway?

At least they can be traveled at the posted speed limit, instead of Bostons bumper to bumper 10mph traffic lol

And I am pretty sure a rocket scientist didnt design the 93, 95, 128, rt3 cluster F, hhaa.

I swear the movable HOV lane on 93 makes traffic worse. It backs up where everyone has to merge to get in it, and when everyone merges to get out of it. Plus it screws traffic coming the other way

    I think it's actually 50.

Most of the original highway probably wasn't constructed with this much traffic volume in mind. Providence traffic isn't all that great, but easier to deal with than Boston. Except in bad weather where we feel we can out-drive the weather lol

Mass drivers = aggressive and selfish(but can drive)
RI drivers = unsafe and derpa derp

When I lived in RI it was like a warzone.......for fahk sakes....they call the 95 stretch in front of the Providence Place Mall the "ZOO". State troopers and all refer to it as that.....when I had an accident there in my old honda I tried to explain as a "outta stater" where the accident occurred(was a hit and run kinda) and the cop at dispatch kept saying the zoo the zoo and I kept saying.....I dont see a zoo nearby sir!!!! lol I felt kinda dumb afterward:eek: lol. Riding motorcycles on those roads in their deplorable condition too made me a good rider though!

It's because it's where 95 and 146 merge (or split) and people make last second lane changes without warning.

I think 128 is the worst highway ever. It doesn't matter what time I go on that shitty highway, I always hit traffic. I cant stand it. Im more in traffic everyday when driving at times. It sucks. Stupid traffic. I hate it. There is not a day where I dont hit traffic lol
