    Yes... Every time I get a product from a company the way they pack it is very revealing. If it takes them a full week to produce it - I would imagine better packing. I know when I put my all into something I don't let up at the end when I'm 99% done. At least use some filament tape so it doesn't shred when the steel bangs around in an empty box and break the tape. We all know Fed-ex and UPS are brutal - so why waste your customers time and your own with claims and BS. Do it right the first time. They package their skids good from the 2 sets I have seen in person...

    The shipping envelope completely wrapped in clear packing tape and inside was a hard box and then the bubble wrapped light.
