Just got the electricity back on--out for almost 24hrs.
Shit- last year I was in FLA--damn tree fell on my hood(in TN) while I was on vacation--2.5K to fix the front end.
    Grill ,hood ,paint ECT.
People are STUPID--Neighbors drove into and across the downed power lines.
Guess you can only do it ONCE--if the power comes alive. YOUR DONE!

I can't see spending Macbook money when I could put it into the truck. They're nice though, not hatin'.

On a similar topic (money), priced my dream truck audio setup Saturday. All Hertz: coax front, comp rear, dual 10 subs in custom fiberglass (hidden behind rear seats), 1000w 5ch amp (125x4/500x1), installed for $3k.

So guys, the summers halfway over and I haven't seen any of you yet. A Knoxville area meet with some light wheeling is deffinitely in order.

ok. i got a spot we could hit. well we could hit it in winter. it’s at royal blue. and goes back to a gas fire. gas bubble underground with just a pipe going down to it. stays lit pretty much all year. would need 4wd and decent tires. also maybe rear diff breather mod and relocate the 7pin plug on 2nd gen to the bumper. may not need that stuff but to be save and not mess any thing up. other than that up should be fin. may go back and take truck one day soon. i bet it is 30 or 40 miles of trails. i know on the atv it is almost 40. but with truck we have to go on a dif trail 2 of the trails i take on atv wont fit the trucks.

ok will do. actually it would be really good to have 2 or 3 trucks. incase one got stuck or some thing. i bet my friend would take his jeep. he has an FJ, but got a jeep just to fuck around with on trails so he does not mess up his FJ.

Lol he bought a jeep so he could not mess up his heep? :p

But yeah that would be good. I need to acquire a tow strap so I can tow/get towed out of sticky situations. Where can you get a tow strap rated for stuff like that?

lol. i just saw Northern tools. has a 20’ rated for like 22k pounds. for $35. was $70. i’m going to get me one. it has loops on the end instead of hooks witch is MUCH MUCH safer.

Where at? And how do you connect to it? Surely you don't just loop it over the tow ball, do you?
