    Lessons learned by OP:
    1.) Don't drink and drive.
2.) Don't post a thread on TW how you drank and drove.

Great advice! OP gave admission in an open and public forum to operating a vehicle after consuming several alcoholic beverages..basicly he admitted his guilt. But you suggest in deleting this thread in order to hide and destroy his statements. That would be considered what in a court of law?

It's not worth the argument because you clearly have no clue on how the court system or your civil liberties work.

Doing the right thing would be exercising every constitutional right given to you.

I'll give you an example. Cops sometimes play dirty (i.e. pulling someone over for no reason or violating a person's rights) to pull people over and check for DUI. If a lawyer can walk you or get the breath test thrown out based on the police violating your rights granted to you, you think it's still worth it to plead guilty and not aim for dismissal or reduction in charges?

Admitting your mistakes does not mean pleading guilty in court. There's a clear difference but I don't think you understand that.

You tell me, what would it be considered?

If he deleted his thread they would have to subpoena the files or the people who read it. They would also have to prove it's him writing it.

Thank god most children don't play around 2am.

Thank you. It really has. Lesson learned.

    Thank you. Appreciated.

The more people to see it, the more chances they might remember it before getting behind the wheel. I didn't expect anything like this turn out though.

    Thank you.

Not gonna happen buddy, thanks for judging me though.

Not saying you have to wait for every single car to pass as long as you have enough time and room to enter without causing other cars to slow down for you. But I see way too many drivers pull right in front of moving traffic causing them to slam on their brakes because the they can't wait, or they have horrible sense of judgement on approaching cars. These drivers are just as bad as drunk drivers.

Stick on hood scoop from Autozone.
Apparently calling somebody an idiot for thinking the car turning in front of the drunk driver was in the wrong is frowned upon by said idiot.
