    I'm not as excited as I originally was. Lake looks inhabited. I was hoping it was deserted like Fontana in western NC.

    There are people all over the dang lake. It's crazy. The only places on the lake where there aren't houses is basically national forest land that they CAN'T build on

    Not typically. A lot of the houses are weekend/seasonal homes. On holidays or long weekends it's stupid busy. For the most part it's fairly calm.
