    I had one in '91 and couldn't find an attorney that would take a 1st offense with failed FST and blood test.
    One said he'd take it and potentially get it down to a "wet reckless"... but the penalties would be nearly the same, no break on insurance, only difference is it would reduce it to an infraction... he said that would only help me if I were already on probation or parole.

    You admitted to having had 5 beers before you were involved in this accident. Your admissions were quoted by others.

    I just skipped 15 pages so don't know what the hell everyone is talking about, but figured I would let the OP know that my truck was totaled by a drunk driver a few weeks ago and got over $32,000 for my '09 TRD sport. Good thing about our Taco's, you get your money out of those bitches when you thrash them. Good luck on the insurance. :D
