You cannot be serious. It's a federal law outlawing drinking under the age of 21.

If you look at statistics, the majority of this country consume alcohol on the regular. In fact, our entire society is pretty much built around alcohol consumption (look at prohibition).

marijuana is also outlawed by the feds, but there are states that allow it for medical purposes.

I think some insurance policies have a clause where they don't have to pay if you are charged with drunk driving after an accident. Good to read the fine print... or not drink and drive.

The idiots trying to claim you don't need a license to drive are basing that in their twisted interpretations of federal interstate commercial transportation laws, which applies solely to commerce between states, not private transportation. The requirement to have a drivers license is based on laws within the various states, with absolutely nothing in the federal laws to supersede that. Further, while I might like to see this refined a bit (more towards a right), there is no state or federal legal clause recognizing a "right to travel" by vehicle.

Mine doesn't cover if I am involved in a speed contest.

That includes legal racing as well as illegal.

Of course it is. You do it all the time yourself. For example, when approaching co-workers, you decide beforehand which are safe or not to discuss various matters. You gravitate towards girls based on what you think they may be like. People routinely profile others, every single day, based on a number of factors.

Yes that is true. But it's for medical purposes requiring a Dr. to sign off on it.
